Who we are

What you send us

A quotation request contains your name, company, business email, optional phone number, the products and quantities you need, the delivery destination, an optional delivery date and any requirements you write. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and handle any business that follows. The form does not sign you up for marketing.

How the form sends your enquiry

When direct sending is available, your enquiry passes through our website server to our company inbox using the email service Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person and processes technical information about your browser for that purpose. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. A confirmation on screen means the email service accepted the message for delivery.

If direct sending is unavailable or fails, the form can prepare an email in your own email application, which you then send yourself. Entered details stay on the page after an error and are not saved in your browser.

Who else processes it

Our hosting, spam-protection and email providers process the information needed to run the website and deliver correspondence. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business, and to meet record-keeping obligations. Ask us if you want to know more.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing the address above. We will consider each request alongside any legal obligation to keep records.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Spam protection on the quotation form may set a technical cookie needed for that check. Links to external standards open third-party websites with their own policies.
