How to request a wholesale quotation

Ordering steps

Send your enquiry
Product, quantity and unit, delivery destination, and any grade or packing requirement.

Receive a written quotation
The grade or standard, pack format, lot details, price, payment and delivery terms for the material offered.
- 03
Confirm and inspect
Agree samples or independent inspection where needed, then confirm the order in writing.
What to include
- Your name, company and business email.
- The product, or several products, and the quantity with its unit.
- The grade, size or standard you need, for example W320 cashew kernels or EAS 2 Grade 1 maize.
- Preferred packing, for example 50 kg bags or 1-tonne bulk bags.
- Delivery destination (city, country or port) and required date, if any.
What the quotation covers
- Product, grade and origin of the lot offered.
- Pack format, net weights and loading.
- Price, currency, payment terms and Incoterm.
- Lead time and the documents provided with the shipment.
- Sample or inspection arrangements, where relevant.
Minimum order quantities depend on the product and are stated in each quotation.
